These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the online networking platform "mallorca-united" and all related services. By registering and using the platform, the user accepts these T&C.

2.2. Each user may only register and create one user account. The user account is not transferable.
3.1. The platform offers users the opportunity to network, create profiles, and publish events and seminars.
3.2. The platform operators do not guarantee the accessibility and error-free function of the platform. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the services.
4.1. Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform. The platform operators assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the published content.
4.2. The platform operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or the published content.
4.3. The platform operators reserve the right to remove content that violates legal regulations or these T&C without prior notice.
5.1. Users undertake not to publish unlawful content and not to infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyright.
5.2. Users may not use the platform for commercial purposes without the express permission of the platform operators.
5.3. Commercial use is only permitted in connection with a paid map entry. The platform operators reserve the right to delete members who have been on the platform for more than 2 weeks without a paid map entry.
6.1. The platform operators collect and process personal data of users only in accordance with legal provisions and the platform's privacy policy.

7.1. Users can terminate their membership at any time without giving reasons. Termination can be done in writing or by email.
7.2. The platform operators reserve the right to block or delete user accounts in case of violations of these T&C or legal regulations.
8.1. The platform operators reserve the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to users by email in a timely manner.
8.2. If the user does not object to the amended T&C within 14 days of receiving the notification, the amended T&C will be deemed accepted.
9.1. The platform operators are not liable for the success of publications or the achievement of specific goals through the use of the platform.
9.2. The liability of the platform operators for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns essential contractual obligations, damages from injury to life, body or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act.
10.1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
10.2. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&C is the registered office of the platform operators.
