From all these experiences and the knowledge I have gained over the last 8 years, I decided in November 2023 to rethink the topic of platform and network and spent the winter creating the basis and foundation for something new.
These are the basic ideas behind ‘Mallorca-United.’
- Many small tribes need to come together in their circles and support each other. Small ‘tribes’ are manageable, can stand together for values and guarantee high quality. Our world is not only made up of light and love, but also a lot of darkness. Accepting this and protecting ourselves as a tribe has become the number one rule in my company and life. From these many small tribes a large common energy network that remains stable within itself. The vision of mallorca-united is to unite people and groups. It is not just another network, but above all one that unites existing ones.‘Mallorca-United’ is therefore the starting signal, the first ‘small’ tribe that may/will be followed by many more.
- Mallorca United sees itself above all as an advertising platform for Mallorca’s conscious offers. The mother (platform of the tribe) takes care of the advertising and sees itself as a service provider for the members/providers of the platform. The ‘mother’ takes care of the reach and advertising, while the providers take care of their core business. As the platform continues to grow, accounting, legal matters, etc. will also be covered by a new team. Everyone should only focus on their core competences and be provided with the basics by the parent company (platform).
- In joint discussions, we will decide whether the platform should remain open to the public in the long term, or whether we should close it completely and only make it accessible to members. Anything is possible and realisable. At the moment, only the ‘Love & Friendship’ section is closed, because I think that’s very intimate and personal.
- Conflicts and dealing with different opinions: We need good tools to deal with different opinions and approaches:
a. Now I have very good mediators in my network who can mediate and translate conflicts.
b. The human design and astrological experts in my network are available to better understand each other’s pain points and establish appropriate communication.
c. I myself use the tool of ‘Honest Communication’ according to Gopal both privately and professionally. Of course, honest communication only works if both parties are willing to do so, but if the willingness is there, I am convinced that ‘almost’ every conflict can be resolved.
It’s time to create together. At eye level. With respect and appreciation.
Every experience of the last 8 years has been a small puzzle piece of a diamond that is now showing its full beauty. Wow. A crazy journey that makes ‘mallorca-united’ possible today. I’m grateful that you’re here and that you’ve read this far. And I am grateful for the divine in me and in us, which holds a new time in store for us as we gain the awareness to accept our humanity and to re-shape it together.
